The Habit Tracker Chart Generator makes it easy for you to create a Habit Tracker chart to help track your habits. The idea is to have a chart handy for keeping track of the habits that you're trying to create. This site is designed to help you do that. You can create a Habit Tracking chart using the form below. Print the chart and write in the habits you're working on. Or, type in the habits you want to track, then print it. Each day you complete the habit, fill in the square. As the month progresses the more filled-in squares the more you're performing the habit.

So, if you're trying to start a habit of going to the gym, just add 'gym' to the list and each day you go to the gym fill in the square.

This also works for habits you're trying to break. For example, if you trying not to watch so much tv just show the habit as 'tv.' You'll know what it means and each day you don't watch tv, or at least not as much, fill in that square. Filled-in squares are positive indicators showing your progress.

Yes, all this page does is print a chart for you to use with a pencil or pen. Sure, electronic things are great, but as I'm heading out the door in the morning, I can clearly see how I'm doing on my habits, and quickly update the chart as needed. No need to get my computer or phone and access it. It's always on.
